Project Overview
Muffy Maid is a house cleaning service platform designed to help customers find flexible cleaning solutions tailored to their needs. The platform allows customers to explore available services, request customized cleaning quotes, manage bookings, and handle payments through a convenient online experience.
The system also provides an administrative interface for managing bookings, promotions, users, cleaning services, teams, and general platform settings. Its goal is to simplify the process of requesting and managing house cleaning services for both customers and the service provider.
Client Requirement
The client wanted a user-friendly platform that could support flexible house cleaning services while making booking management easier for customers and administrators.
The main requirements included:
- Flexible service requests: Allow customers to inquire about cleaning services that match their specific requirements.
- Quote requests: Provide a Get Quote feature so customers can submit inquiries and request customized service estimates.
- Booking management: Enable customers to access their booking information and allow administrators to manage service bookings.
- Payment handling: Provide a convenient way for customers to manage payments related to their services.
- Promotion management: Allow administrators to manage promotional offers and discounts.

The Challenge
The main challenge was to bring customer-facing booking functionality and administrative operations together in one organized platform.
House cleaning requirements can vary from one customer to another, so the platform needed to accommodate inquiries for customized services rather than relying only on a fixed booking process.

My Solution
I developed a house cleaning service platform that combines customer account functionality, booking management, payment handling, and customized quote inquiries with a centralized administrative panel.
The customer-facing features allow users to manage their service-related information and submit inquiries through the Get Quote functionality. This gives customers a way to communicate their cleaning requirements when they need a customized service.
On the administration side, I implemented management modules for bookings, promotions, users, services, teams, and platform settings. These tools provide a centralized place to oversee the platform’s day-to-day operations.
The overall solution focuses on making service inquiries more accessible for customers while giving administrators the tools to manage the different parts of the business from one platform.
