Project Overview
Auslicence is an online driving school platform designed to make it easier for learner drivers to find, compare, book, and manage driving lessons.
The platform connects learner drivers with driving instructors through a convenient online experience. Learners can explore available instructors, compare their services, select a suitable instructor, and book driving lessons according to their requirements.
In addition to driving lessons, the platform supports driving test preparation, helping learner drivers prepare for their driving tests with professional instruction.
The primary goal of the platform was to simplify the traditional process of finding a driving instructor and managing driving lessons by bringing instructor discovery, comparison, booking, and lesson management into one online platform.
Client Requirement
The client wanted to create an easy-to-use online platform that would connect learner drivers with driving instructors and simplify the driving lesson booking process.
The key requirements included:

The overall objective was to replace a traditionally manual instructor-search and booking process with a streamlined digital experience.
The Challenge
One of the main challenges was creating a platform that could handle the complete journey of a learner driver — from discovering an instructor through to booking and managing lessons.
Instructor Discovery
Learners need to find instructors who are suitable for their requirements. The platform therefore needed a clear and intuitive way to present instructor information and make instructor discovery simple.
Instructor Comparison
Finding an instructor is only part of the process. Learners also need to evaluate their available options before making a decision. The platform needed to present relevant instructor information in a way that made comparison easier.
Online Lesson Booking
The booking process needed to be straightforward enough for learners to select their preferred instructor and arrange driving lessons without unnecessary complexity.
Lesson Management
After booking a lesson, learners need to be able to manage their upcoming and existing lessons easily. This required a structured booking-management experience.
User Experience
Because the platform is primarily used by learner drivers who may access it from different devices, the overall interface needed to be simple, clear, and easy to navigate.
